About Center Stage Stars:
Center Stage Stars is designed for performers ages 8–14 and provides a welcoming but challenging environment where actors continue building performance skills, confidence, and stage experience. Through larger productions, advanced rehearsal expectations, character development, vocal work, choreography, and performance opportunities, performers are continually challenged and encouraged to grow as young artists.

Audition Information
How Auditions Work New to our theater? Here’s what to expect! Auditions are divided into three time blocks to ensure each performer has ample time to showcase their talents. We assess vocal abilities, choreography skills, script reading, and overall stage presence/character portrayal.
What to Prepare
- A 1-minute song from a selection that will be sent out in Dec 2025.
- Email your track to rayofsunshinetheater@yahoo.com with your start and stop time by Jan 1.
- If auditioning for a specific role, we encourage choosing a song the character sings in the show.
Dance Portion No need to prepare ahead! The choreography will be learned during the audition and performed in small groups.
Casting Information While we’d love to cast everyone, roles for our productions are limited. Any performer not selected will be invited to join our productions that our Rising Stars will be performing, ensuring everyone has a chance to shine on stage.
